Suretech Solutions Ltd. provides computer hardware sales, configuration services, and IT setup services. Certain products are ordered directly from manufacturers based on customer request.
Due to the nature of enterprise IT equipment, including servers, storage, and networking products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province.
1 No Returns
We do not accept returns once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Suretech Solutions does not manufacture the products sold. Any warranty coverage is provided solely by the original manufacturer.
All hardware warranties are provided directly by Lenovo.
Suretech Solutions Ltd. assists with basic guidance but does not replace manufacturer warranty terms.
We make no guarantees regarding:

GST and PST are charged as required by Canadian and BC law and shown clearly on all invoices.
9. Acceptance
Approval of a quotation and/or payment of an invoice confirms full acceptance of these Terms.

All hardware including laptops, servers, and storage systems are sold as special-order items. Payment confirms acceptance of our Terms of Service, Special-Order Policy, and Privacy Policy.
